The course fee includes:
Access to course lectures
- Notes and course material (delivered by lecturers)
- Lunches (17,18, and 19 Jun.) and dinners (16,17, and 18 Jun.)
- Course attendance certificate.
NOTE:
- Payment invoice will be issued to the name and address of the payer.
- Payment can be made via credit card or PayPal only. The transaction is processed through PayPal, however no registration is necessary and all major credit cards are accepted. At the end of the registration process an electronic ticket will be issued and send via e-mail.

How to register
The registration for the AIAS 2025 Ph.D. Summer Course is now open.
To secure your place, please follow the instructions below using AIAS Indico platform:
1. Access the Indico Platform
Click here to begin the sign-up process.
2. Log In or Create an Indico Account
If you already have an Indico account, please log in with your existing credentials. Otherwise, follow the prompts to create a new account.
3. Complete the Registration Form
Provide the required information (name, affiliation, contact details, etc.). Double-check that your email address is accurate, as it will be used for important course updates and confirmations.
4. Confirm and Submit
Review the details of your registration, including any payment instructions (if applicable), and submit the form. You will receive an on-screen confirmation message once your registration is complete.
5. Check Your Email
An automated email confirmation will be sent to the address you provided. Please keep this confirmation for your records and contact us if you do not receive an email within 24 hours.
The receipt of your payment will be made available soon after the payment is completed.
